Terrible! I want no contact from you lot from today! Your customer services staff know NO customer service. Rude to the core! The moment you pick their phones you are contracted! I have never dealt with a company that has lack of customer service like this lot! Absolutely atrocious and their trend is a complete joke too. You get called nearly every day for a year to “see” if you are interested in their packages and you say no the whole blooming year through.. up and behold! The end of that year you’ll receive a bill from them for an extension you never agreed to. I say deal with this lot at your own risk. Never again!
